His Mexican origin allowed him to train in one of the most prestigious culinary institutions in Mexico, where he was able to adopt all the necessary skills to create the most delicious dishes of modern cuisine.

His style? Innovative and cosmopolitan, which allowed him to begin his culinary journey in the best hotel chains of Mexico City and Acapulco, mixing among the greatest chefs in the area.

Cheerful and restless by nature, Felipe finds himself constantly searching for new dishes and culinary techniques.

Its specialty is to fuse the most exotic flavors of Mexico, the avant-garde of Spain and the wealth of the Canary Islands; with the sole purpose of offering the best party of flavors to your taste buds.

Tasting area

Our tasting area offers our clients the possibility to enjoy the gastronomy prior to the event, and so you can decide and give the final details to the final menu.

Quality standards

Each stage of the production is supervised by qualified personnel. A laboratory performs periodic checks ensuring compliance with hygiene and health standards and traceability of the products used in all our catering. Vintia Catering is one of the few companies certified with ISO 9001 which makes use of a Quality Management System in order to obtain maximum satisfaction from our customers.

Vegan Menu

Far from the obsolete concept that vegan food is tasteless and boring, today a large number of chefs claim vegetable-based dishes, proving that these can be as satisfying, or even more, than any dish based on animal protein. And Vintia Catering adds with an attractive bet for our clients.

Menú Vegano

Lejos del obsoleto concepto de que la comida vegana es insípida y aburrida, hoy en día un gran número de chefs reivindica los platos basados en vegetales, demostrando que éstos pueden ser tan satisfactorios, o incluso más, que cualquier plato basado en proteína animal.
